James B Podcasts Episode Another

James B

aaH there we are.

A connection.

Hello again….

For some reason the sound for the first two minutes is low.  Then it rights itself to an acceptable level.

James B Podcasts Episode Another.
I didn’t give it a number cuz it was just me rambling about the universe prefaced by a shout out to Steve.

Right now my quiver is out of word arrows.  Gimme a minute.

When I think of the universe and infinity I think big, the universe,
and how it’s all part of something bigger, so big we can’t see it.
Then when we think small, we end up in the same place as we investigate the spaces within the atoms and what might we find?  A whole nuther universe.
And so on, big and small, forever.

who are we,
why are we here,
what happens when we die?
Christians go to heaven.
Hindis describe nirvana as the great nothing.
Buddhists believe you are reincarnated according to your kharma,
where if you are bad you are born again with a disadvantage.
If you are good you reincarnate with an advantage.
It all sounds good until a war begins with two people who disagree.

Life can be complicated.
It began before we were born.
And it will end, God willing, long after we lift off from this dimension and travel into unknown territory.

If the athiests are right then it’s just black.
If the religionists are right then it’s a whole new trip.

Just as exciting for agnostics who never found faith but maybe had hope.
